DNI always takes good care of us. This time, they came out for a humidifier repair, realized that it was going to take some plumbing, as well (shutoff valve was frozen and needed to be replaced). JD was out later the same day to handle the plumbing part of the job so that Mark can come back to finish the humidifier. It's really nice to be able to rely on one company for both HVAC and plumbing. They are fair, reliable, and professional. Can't ask for much more.

My furnace was not putting out any heat! I had it set at 74 degrees, and it only heated the ho use to 68. Brayden came out and examined the furnace and it was caked with hair and dust, it was disgusting. Within an hour, Brayden had it up and running and my house was warm again! Brayden was prompt, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough! He answered all my questions and made great suggestions to keep the system up and running. I very rarely give 5 stars to anyone! I HIGHLY recommend DNI, I won't call anyone else!
