Working with DNI was an absolute breeze! Nick was incredibly professional, responsive, and never tried to "sell" us. He made recommendations, gave us options, and explained the "why" which is so important when I know nothing about HVAC. The whole team was great all the way to the office staff. We got a new HVAC system plus furnace and are all set for those 90+ days heading our way! Would absolutely recommend DNI.

We had no ac since moving into our apartment. Our landlord finally replaced the ac unit using this company. They ran into some challenges that caused a delay but they were willing to stay late until the job was finished, despite the job being in greeley and the employee living in Denver. My furnace was not putting out any heat! I had it set at 74 degrees, and it only heated the ho use to 68. Brayden came out and examined the furnace and it was caked with hair and dust, it was disgusting. Within an hour, Brayden had it up and running and my house was warm again! Brayden was prompt, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough! He answered all my questions and made great suggestions to keep the system up and running. I very rarely give 5 stars to anyone! I HIGHLY recommend DNI, I won't call anyone else!
